Dr Jessica Gash

Dr Gash is an HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist with experience and expertise in delivering psychological therapies across NHS, charity, and private sectors.

Her specialisms and particular areas of interest include working with historic and recent experiences of trauma, working with neurodiverse clients, individuals experiencing emotional dysregulation and disordered eating.

Dr Gash also supports individuals experiencing psychological distress, low mood, anxiety, post-traumatic stress and complex-post traumatic stress, attachment wounding, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and self-criticism. She takes an integrative approach tailored to individual need, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities.

Dr Gash offers both short and long-term interventions with adolescents and adults and has training and experience in the following therapeutic approaches:
